The visual is the outline of an indian woman and also an AIDS ribbon which is the clever bit. But I don't really quite get the rest - I initially interpreted this as if you're cheating on your wife, use a condom so that you're not putting her at risk either... which I'm guessing wasn't what you're going for.

Its the aids ribbon, it needs making clearer perhaps in the copy because unless i gave it a good hard look after reading feedback i'd never got there, i thought it was the ribbon looking like a bit like a condom at first.
