Retouching

Hi

I'm new here, and I'm not certain if this matter is suitable here. But I'll give it a shot.

Does anyone know how to achieve this kinda effect in Photoshop?

I need to learn how to make a hand, face, foot or anything looks like something inside of a human body wants to come out.

mabey shoot the shape you want through balloon and map on the skin layer in photoshop.

i dont think there's a filter for it... sometimes its how u look at things... in this case i think it's just lighter/darker shades done with brush tool that makes it look real.. or could be 3d then brought into photoshop for retouching

shoot the shape you want through some sort of fabric or plastic that has properties similar to skin. make sure it is white in color.
adjust the file in photoshop so the whites are blown out and only soft shadows have tone. composite the selected area in layers
with ' multiply '. adjust the tone of the layer to fine tune
