Ahahahaha....did you really list Six Sigma as a possible name for your creative ad agency!? Six Sigma is a quantitatively-based management program developed by Motorola to ensure quality and interchangeability in mass-produced goods. Its all about numbers and charts and graphs, man.
It has been adopted by many companies as a training program and even has a belt system like martial arts (eg black belt, yellow belt, etc.). Six Sigma is the antithesis of creativity. It is a name recognized everywhere in the business world to stand for conformity and rigidness. It was even parodied on an episode of 30 Rock, the popular US comedy series.
Keep thinking of new names. Using words like innovative, creative or ideas is cliche and would make your agency sound like it was the opposite of creative. Think of something that has nothing to do with the function of the firm you're naming and go in that direction. Don't worry about sounding professional. Some cool ad agency names that already exist are: The Happy Corp., The Barbarian Group, Tequila, Cartel Agency, etc.
Even listing your last name with those of your co-founders would sound great.
