I don't know, I feel neutral about this. It's neither bad nor great. It's just good.
But since it's cancer we're talking about, you ad has to be "great" not "cute". And I don't know whether this is a draft or not, but if you can't afford a good retoucher, you better stick to simple visuals. Also use an image of a real child not an illustration, even if the subject is Childhood cancer.
Your target is adults not children.

I like the idea - I would watch out for punctuation errors - "all of us ......" should only use 3 '.' like this '...' - it's called an ellipsis. Maybe the bears hair could have been placed behind the ear and have the bear place his hand on the childs head to give the visual a little more emotion? Just a thought.

You know what guys, When a Filipino saw a yellow ribbon, it reminds as of our former President Cory Aquino... :) But this ad touch the heart...
