The client is a student living facility. They are a bit different because they offer high-end lofts located in downtown Buffalo, NY. We wanted the hip urban lifestyle and proximity to attractions to come through in all of our marketing materials. www.136lofts.com is the site which we have just launched. Feel free to take a look and leave your feedback. Standing out from the same old student housing look and feel was important for this project.
