The execution is awful.

If you are writing upside down you need to work with more legible type faces.

that was the idea... to make it as hard as possi for the reader and get him to read it so that it lingers on a lil' longer

I like it. I think the logo looks cheap the way it's placed. I also don't get why "IN" is capitalized. When I first glance it stands out as NI. Most clients are never going to approve the upside down logo. I would work on it some more and see where it goes.
