What? don't get it
I think he ment "cheap food, add Ketchup" "expensive food, add Ketchup."
To me it's a proof of lack of taste, adding ketchup to pizza or lobster.

I suppose its really a regional thing, americans don't usually put ketchup in pizza, although brazilians do (where I'm from). But in the other hand, here in the east coast any fish shack will have a bottle of ketchup in the table, where back at home that would never happen. Not that I am defending my work, but I prefer the hamburger/steak tartare version rather than this one. thanks for your comments.
