Maybe you can smoke and fly. Narcotics is a different ball-game not permitted by law and Drinks are permitted by law. The visuals does not create a message neither on consumption of drinks nor drugs. Taking drugs makes the user a zombie there is no inclination to reach any destination only flying from where they are. Hallucinations indeed.
