The concept is good "Pregnant at 13". But it will not be convincing to people in remote villages, where these incidences are rampant. Maybe you have to re-work to attract the villagers.

why does it stop at 21? did she die? also, it only shows she's pregnat at 13, but at 14 she's playing again. I'm not sure wheither this concept is good. it's just not that convincing to me, perhaps it's the lack of real impression, all I see is a 3 in the shape of a pregnat woman (however my first thought was she married some fat guy)

First read the line, written under the 13. and 21 is the right age of marraige.

What are you trying to advertise? Young girls marrying or young girls being pregnat? Or both?

You're ending the numbers at 21, so you mean that is the right age for marriage? Maybe show that in your ad aswell? It's not clear right now. I thought she married a fat guy because the title was Child Marriage and she's standing next to some chubby figure.
And you're telling me to use my mind? To watch it carefully? To try to understand it? Are you going to say that to all the viewers of your ad? You should know readers arn't dying to study ads throughoutly you know. Face it: the message isn't clear.
This just states the issue. What is the problem with it and what's your suggestion? What do you want people to do?
