Not much left to the imagination other than how pleased Grandpa must be. Why use antique photo paper for a contemporary photo?
I know, you found it on google in hi-res and that excited you, so all other important logical factors were overlooked.

I think the art direction is overdone. Otherwise the concept is ok. :)

Looking young maybe cosmetic surgery can help. Feeling young is in the mind. Maybe there ought to have one more visual to compare before and after surgery which would really drive a point. Collecting models and labelling Grandpa Grandma... does not make sense.
