I think the visual style and typography of this ad are outdated. They scream "early 90's" to me. Especially the typography.

I think he's refering to the blue light. This is your twist. The green light is blue to match the logo colour, yes? Rather a weak idea that people won't notice.
You have stated this: "THE WAY WE LOOK AT THINGS" but it's not actually on the ad.

The look is indeed early 90's ... photoshop-filter, slanted-photography etc.

The concept is not really clear or present ... you have written IT'S DIFFERENT - THE WAY WE LOOK AT THINGS underneath, but I gather that is not in the ad. Without it, the ad has no concept (you have changed an everyday object ... so?) and with it it is just show and tell ... you have changed the colors of a traffic light for no particular reason and then explained it in case no-one got what you were trying to say.

This aside, saying we look at things differently is pretty vague and not really unique or interesting.
I think you can come up with something better.
What does it mean, WE LOOK AT THINGS DIFFERENTLY?
Maybe you can find a meaningful benefit to this ... saving you money, getting you better media placements, allowing you to do less work ... is there not some really unique feature about this company you can use ... or create?

I do like the bluntness of your tag line ... SMART PEOPLE. GREAT WORK.
If you want to salvage this ad then get rid of the rest and use this as a starting point.
Think about whether you need a fancy logo AND a web address ... usually one is enough ... usually just www (the less stuff on a print ad, the better).
Always simplify!

So, give this 'ad' one more go with these comments in mind.

If you're a smart person, you should be able to come up with some great work!
