Here are my two pennies worth regardless the concept:
- I would take a second look on your copy. The English is full of mistakes.
- I would suggest a different font for the bottom line "We are God's best creations... "
- Banana not a clear & crisp image.
- Courgette is missing shading.
- Call to action seems to be missing, you are you just intending to spread awareness or do you want people to donate money, or visit a website?

About the concept, it's not the best I've seen about this subject (child abuse) but that's down to two reasons. First, there are many ads about this, hence a lot of people have gave it some thoughts, and second, you're a student, nobody should expect you're going to win awards straight away.

In your description you're saying you don't know what other types of child abuse are, from that I believe you havn't done (much) research. If you are not informed about your subject, how on earth do you want to advertise it? I suggest you do some research about child abuse first, and after that, spin your mind around some more concept. After that you can always choose to continue this concept. It's not bad, but it could be better.

ok..thanks for ur comment jackmancer..ok..actually i hve done a research...there have many type of child abuse...but i try to escape from shot a people ..or something like that..because i know its very dffcult to me..i try to search wateva object to shot but give a big impact...erm...for ur info i will do an item to spport this...erm..any idea?beside leaflet,postcard??

I'm sorry to tell you but i don't like your idea (just trying to help, not offend). What jackmancer is saying is true, also saying "for an innocent child the (and show the picture) is just a fruit" is something i don't like because while i read i have to pause look at the fruit and then think what fruit it is and then continue reading...the ads seem amateurish (execution and idea) and as if they were your first thought and you did them in a heartbeat. Good ads are ads easy to read and understand, yet hide a message, which message can be easily understood too. If i didn't have a dirty mind (hehehe) i won't know how a banana can be used to sexual abuse..plus i doubt bananas and cucumbers are used to sexually abuse children...
What i would do is show children playing and a cutout of a child not there (a blank outline of the child) and say in your copy how some children don't enjoy their childhood etc etc

The font you used is also not suitable. I would use this font in my scrapbook but not to advertise a serious matter like this. Not to mention that by reading this font it feels like a child is saying all these things, yet when i read it feels like a 3rd person perspective. Which is complicated.
