Internationals departments in American agencies?

Hi there,

I'm planning to work abroad in USA and wonder if there are any creative departments for foreigners in USA agencies? My native language is not English so I can't compete with an American copywriter in terms of "use of the language" (yes, i'm a copywriter which makes things harder). But I can compete in any other terms.

I've 4 years of experience in big network agencies, a good portfolio and a BIG hunger for success in my pocket.

Is it possible?
