I'm looking for an Art Director who is also looking to build his or her portfolio. I do have agency and campaign experience, but I'm mostly looking for an AD that simply wants to do awesome creative work that is also brand relevant. In other words, completely over the top ads that are off brand make CD's think you have no idea what you're doing. (I'd like to avoid those).
