Nice idea!

However I agree with the above commenter - I was a little confused as to whether the things were massaging her or if they represent the pain that MOOV will relieve. For example, in the elephant one, it's hard to tell if she's feeling pain or pleasure, and I think mini soldiers marching across my back could feel quite good at times.

I think the solution lies in the execution...use a model who looks like she's trying to sleep (not laying on a massage table). The things on her back should be more explicitly uncomfortable/painful. This is a decent start though, and excellent job campaigning your idea into multiple executions. Good luck.
