DOPA is an organization established with strong purpose to ensure good living condition for Thai people. Yet, majority of Thai people often forget that this organization exists leading to working difficulty for many officers in many areas. To ensure that Thai citizen understand who we are and what we are doing, we decided to tell our stories in an engaging way with 8 minutes short fiction film.
