In Valencia (Spain) the tradition is to make an authentic Valencian paella every Sunday. But every time you cook a paella, you live in fear of criticism from your family and friends. Every week the same trial. Arroz Dacsa wanted to support all those brave people who face the fire while the rest is in the pool, with the beer.
