OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL | UNITEL HUB

In Mongolia, 70% of the population resides in Ulaanbaatar City, while the rest live outside the urban area, scattered across a vast expanse of land. Since educational opportunities are limited there, 381,000 children of school age are missing out on INSPIRATION, leading to a lack of awareness and interest in technology-related professions.

At Unitel, the leader in telecommunications, our mission, and promise is MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER. To reach these children, we started doing what we do best: connecting. And this became our first Unitel HUB, a prototype of SELF-SUSTAINABLE FRAMEWORK, and a place to provide access to technology, education, and equal opportunities. After a year of testing and optimizing, we scaled it up to 11 more locations. Around 230 children have learned robotics, electronics, and coding at Unitel HUB centers so far. This is just the beginning. But not only with children’s programs, but many different digital literacy programs for everyone. By the end of 2024, there will be Unitel HUBs at every provincial center, bringing inspiration and equal opportunity for all.
