On June 18, six months were celebrated since Argentina became world champion. And that day marked the beginning of the so-called "Month of Remembrance", an initiative that AMIA carries out every year for 30 days before July 18, day of the 29th anniversary of the country's largest terrorist attack.
Six months after being proclaimed champion and while Argentina is talking about Qatar again, the AMIA proposes, through this tribute to Diego, that they once again remember those who could not experience that final.
"Today most people do not have a vivid memory of the attack. Bringing Maradona to this piece and using soccer as a vehicle is a way to bring everyone closer to what happened 29 years ago, something that is still fundamental to maintain the memory and renew the demand for justice," said Marcelo Waintraub, From's Co-Founder and CCO.
