In today's world filled with objects and activities of instant gratification and carefully designed addictions, we are trapped. Trapped by inefficient ways of coping with overwhelming situations, when the real solution of truly understanding and developing a healthy dialogue with oneself is enabled through various forms of psychotherapy. This Mental Health Day, the Impact-wing of Schbang, Schbang for Good brought in wit and colour to the often dry and dull narrative of mental health issues through a series that explicitly opens conversations around products and activities that don't serve us, along with the tools that do.
