To develop the brand for Tropical IV - a subdivision in Cascavel - Paraná, a city in the south of Brazil - we wanted to show families the feelings they would get living there.

With an icon that represents the subdivision’s name, we developed the whole brand using warm and cozy colors that connect with their target audience - families that want to buy a new property so they can build the house of their dreams.
