the target audience:

It is targeted at people between the ages of 50 and 65 who use the bank's mobile app and enjoy the ease of use and flexibility

Marketing objectives:

- Be familiar of the Bank of Egypt mobile application

- Making it the first brand to consider using the app's features

- Increase interaction with the brand

Social class: Class A, B

Gender: Both (male and female)

Behavior: An elderly person looking for comfort and keeping up with technological development

Interests: Convenience, technology, security, savings, and time-saving solutions

So we have 3 main concepts targeting the main segments of Fawry's popular audience in Egypt

60 year old grandfather, father, average income, youthful appearance and looking for sophistication

A 65-year-old grandmother, standing in her kitchen, her time is limited + she cannot go outside the house much

A woman in her fifties, with a large income, is standing on the balcony of her house, looking to enjoy time and provide comfort inside her home.

Adaptations

To ensure that the campaign reaches its audience and achieves the target, we need to choose the most suitable mediums for posting. We have two mediums to consider:

ATL: Outdoor billboards on highways, town ways, metro stations, and train stations in various Egyptian governorates like Cairo, Alexandria, etc.

TTL: Social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, where our primary target audience is present.
