Conditioning is about overcoming yourself today to be better tomorrow. But what if classic progress tracking is not possible for someone? For example, physical activity is known to improve symptoms of bipolar disorder. However, no training app is adapted to the needs of these people: depressive episodes make it nearly impossible to do hardcore training, whereas acute mania requires spending more energy.

So how can GymShark cater to the needs of bipolar people?
It is simple: by making its app bipolar too.
