Foam Printer

This is a foam printer exhibited recently in Germany. It can print relatively solid 3D shapes from soap foam and fill the bubbles with helium making the objects light enough to be picked by the wind.

Amazing promotional opportunity for a number of brands wanting to generate attention. Nintendo used it to create Kirby clouds out of pink foam. See video below.

Pretty funny but I think they need to be developed more. Not much options for printing I think. But perhaps I have to run some creative brainstorm over this.

This was part of the Brother 141% Campaign at IFA in Berlin, promoting their new A3 Multifunction printer range.

It is such a good idea, and is a really unique way of getting a message across.
